What Causes Vibrating Sensation In Testicle Area And In Groin?

I feel perfectly well but have a rumbling/vibration feeling in my lower abdomen/groin/testicle area. At first I thought my phone was on vibrate next to me on the couch. It has been 4 days now, no pain or discomfort, just a very odd feeling. Natural or should I get to a Doctor? Thank you kindly.

Hi,Dear thanks for the query to HCM virtual clinic.
I studied your query in full details.I understood your health concerns.
With whatever details are given by me,the rumbling/vibration feeling in your lower abdomen/groin/testicle area,
1-could be normal,as it can happen when you have gasesous sigmoid with chronic colitis/or could be due to the gaseous food / loaded with vegies / or with cereals / or with legumes.
2-or may even be-abnormal-as it could be due to Indirect inguinal hernia with inguino-scrotal feeling by the intestinal herniations in it / or / may be due to gaseous sigmoid entry in it.
so this could be natural as well as abnormal.
So to avoid the risks from the abnormal,I would advise you to get the consultation from ER Surgeon.
