General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Let me know if I can assist you further. Vestibular papillomatosis is in the differential diagnosis of red patches and plaques, but the small, 1 to 2 mm, closely set, soft, individual, tubular papules tend to match the color of the mucosal tissue of the vestibule. It is an uncommon condition that is a variation of the normal anatomy of the vulva, not an abnormality or disease. But you need to know that it is not a sexually transmitted disease.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Heang Chan Raksmey, General & Family Physician
