Hi.
i have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.
Vestibular papillomatosis is a benign (non cancerous) condition commonly seen in young girls. There is nothing to worry regarding this because it is a curable condition and there is no serious complications are reported.
In most cases no treatment is required because the lesion disappear by itself with in few months. If you have pain you can use simple analgesics like ibuprufen or aspirin. If lesion still persist after months you have to consult a gynecologist,He might do some simple cauterization to remove them.
You don't need to worry regarding this.Try to keep good sexual Hygiene.

Hope this information helps.
Wishing you good health.

Regards.
Dr.Shinas Hussain.
