What Causes Vertigo And Tinnitus?

I have been unsteady for years had an ENG in 2007 for vertigo, showed nastagmus when supine left side down. ENT said possible labyrinthitis. Since then been unsteady and hard to drive with visual stimulus. Also hard to go into grocery store or read on a computer without getting dizzy. I will have tinnitus and ear pressure from time to time. Any sugestions on what it may be?
