General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

You have diabetes since how long?
Is it maturity onset or late onset?

hypoglycemia usually cause vertigo or syncope however your r fasting sugar is 133 so it is ruled out.

as diarrhoea can lead to fluid and electrolyte disturbance which can cause vertigo.
So consult physician for proper investigation of diarrhoea.

You can take coffee, banana or pomegranate to decrease the frequency of diarrhoea.
As you are diabetic I am not asking to start ORS.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards
Dr. Hiren
