What Causes Fatigue,diarrhea,nausea And Light Pink Discharge?

I ve been experiencing a few unique symptoms that mostly associate with pregnancy. Fatigue, abnormal menstrual cycle, diarrhea, nausea, and even experienced a light pink colored discharge, followed by a clear discharge, then followed by the lightest menstrual cycle I ve ever experienced. Over a year ago I went to ER and eventually was told it seems I had Vertigo due to the bouts of nausea, dizziness and etc. I was given medication but when it ran out and I still felt the same, I was told I need to come and get re-evaluated. I would like to know if there is something I can do at home, as opposed to going to a doctors office. I have also taken a pregnancy test, just in case, and it was negitive

hi healthcare magic user, you need to get evaluated for cause, it is always better to rule out cause of vertigo.
mostly it is associated with some tumour better to rule out, pleasee don't neglect it.
