What Causes Vaginal Spotting Inspite Of Having Regular Periods Post Tubal Ligation?

I m 25 my tubs are tied as of oct 18th 2013 and my periods have been normal forever 23rdish every month nothing different had sex tuesday and Thursday this week I started spotting little odd for me bc i don t spot then it got heavier and heavier no pain but little worried something could be wrong I m anemic so worried having two periods in just two weeks oh nothing has changed in my life no more stress then normal and same foods so don t know what todo or think or if I need to go to dr

I understand your concern.
Mid menstrual bleeding can happen in spite of tubal ligation because it can be due to causes other than child bearing.
The bleeding after sex- can be due to cervical problems (erossion/ cervical polyp) or vaginal infection .
Certain uterine conditions like fibroid uterus or hormonal imbalance( PCOD, Ovarian or thyroid problem) can cause such bleeding. Even physical or psychological stress can cause hormonal imbalance & such bleeding.
* So you need to consult a gynecologist.. you will be given treatment to control your bleeding first along with treatment to improve your anemia.
- Detailed internal examination &Investigations to trace your basic problem would follow & then you will be offered specific treatment& get complete relief.
