What Causes Vaginal Spotting During Pregnancy?
I am pregnant and everytime I poop or sit up to long or any thing beside laying down I start to spot. Today would have been the day my period was suppose to come down and I started bleeding heavy. Not cramping or passing clots but bleeding. I reputure my uterus with my last child could this be the reason for the bleeding?

Looking at your history i can make out you are suffering from threatened abortion.
It is unrelated to the rupture uterus you had in last pregnancy but it can precipitate bleeding in advanced gestation and during labour.
In the meanwhile take full bed rest, avoid straining at stools and avoid intercourse at all times.
