What Causes Vaginal Spotting After Tubal Ligation?

I can t really tell if I have went threw menopause or not but I do after my twins were born suppose to have clipped my tubs I had my twins at 42 I am 46 know no problems since I just stop seeing periods a couple of years later so I see spotting on and Maybe every other month or so know I started bleeding not heavy just where I do have to use a tapon but it s black I am worried what that may be

Hi I think it càn be perimenopausal symptom. Get a serum FSH level done to find if you are going to attain menopause. Also get a thyroid profile and prolactin level and a ultrasound done to see uterus and ovaries to find out the cause of less bleeding during periods. Hope it helps.
