What Causes Vaginal Itching?

I have had some itching on the vulva the last few months no discharge...No Std s been tested. Pea size lump under skin right above the clitoris. it cant be seen only felt. The itching is right below it on the sides of the vulva. I also have another lump where my thigh meets the mon pubis area no pain has been there a long time. should I be concerned. I have been married for 23 yrs. I dont smoke or use any drugs. Obgyn is doing a biopsy because my skin on the vulva has a small white patch. any input should I be concerned? Thanks in advance

Hello ma'am
I had gone through your question and i can understand your concern

this could be due to any of following
genital herpes or other std like yeast infection
UTI

In my opinion you should consult a gynaecologist for clinical examination and a battery of tests like blood for hemoglobin CBC blood sugar VDRL test
and urine culture and sensitivity test
you may require a course of antibiotics under supervision of your doctor and pain killer like ibuprofen
hot water bath
maintain good hygiene

hope this helps you
best wishes
