I tried to help a 28 year old female, 25 weeks pregnant, about 155lb women who had a 1 miscarriage at 23 weeks 10 years prior and has a boy who was born at 35 weeks. She complained of back paint/slight discharge/ dizzy. Pulse 150. The temperature outside was about 95 degrees. She had eaten 1 hour before and only had pop. No Air conditioner at home and rode the bus to the store. She takes 2 boosts a day, 90mg cymbalta and ambien at night. I cant figure out why her pulse would be so high. What could have been some problems?
