Hallow Dear,

Skipping rope exercise would not cause utero-vaginal bleeding. It is likely that it was a day of your ovulation when sometimes bleeding takes place on that day (Mittelschmerz) or could be you were having menstruation due. Since the event did not repeat again, you need not be concerned about it.

Please do not discontinue skipping rope exercise; it is a good exercise. If the incidence repeats again, you may have to report to your Gynaecologist.
