Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
After hysteroscopy and colposcopy some amount of pain could be there, hope you have taken antibiotics given by your doctor. If you have not used the antibiotics better to consult your doctor once and take antibiotics and also you may need antifibrinolytic drugs like Tranexa to control the bleeding. Along with antispasmodic drugs this treatment, may reduce your symptoms.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
