Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The bleeding you are having maybe because of any local injury due to falling or it may be due to any hormonal imbalance which can lead to intermenstrual spotting. If the bleeding is very minimal and subsides without any medication no need to worry. If the bleeding is persistent better to consult your gynecologist once and get examined to rule out any local cause and accordingly you can take treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
