Hi there. After reading your question and fully understanding your problem, I am of the opinion that 1) Since you got your periods, chances of pregnancy are very less. 2) Stomach cramps could be due to a variety of reasons like urinary tract infection, indigestion, ovarian torsion or cyst rupture. 3) Vaginal bleeding could be due to some hormonal imbalance, ovulation or some cervical or uterine problem. 4) My suggestion is that you wait for your next periods. If you get them on time, do not worry, you are not pregnant. In case you do miss your periods, get a home pregnancy test done and find out whether you are pregnant or not.
Hope this answer was helpful to you in some way. Thanks, Dr. Shikha Shah
