What Causes Vaginal Bleeding During Urination While Suffering From PCOS?

I am not getting my regular periods because of my pco problem after two months I got my periods but the periods flow is coming only during my urination and it cannot spread in my santary napkin I am just 21 I want to know that it may be any serious issue

Hi I think you should get a thyroid profile and prolactin level done to see if there are any other associated problems with pco. If anything is abnormal, it can be treated. You may need some hormonal treatment. Consult a gynecologist. Hope it helps.
