What Causes Vaginal Bleeding During Pregnancy?
Hi, im 31wks pregnant and had bleeding this past tuesday. I even passed a blood clot. My doctor said that my cervix was irritated and the bleeding came from the outside. She stopped the bleeding and i havnt bled since then.
Had an ultrsound and everything looked great and baby was fine. How and why did i have so much bleeding? I had not had sex, so i dont see how or why my cervix would be irritated? Any clue?

Hi,causes of bleeding are many in pregnancy.And cervical bleeding can happen due to cervical congestion,engorged vessel.avoid intercourse .thanks
