OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. You had undergone a spontaneous abortion. The severe lower abdominal pain which is still persisting can be due to incomplete abortion or could be due to associated pelvic inflammatory disease.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated( ultrasound) and get appropriate treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
