What Causes Vaginal Bleeding And Pain In Lower Left Side Of Back?

I am bleeding from front and back. I have already had my cycle for the month. I am also having some sort of pain in my lower left side of back that feels like a convulsing sensation. I have a history of gastro problems. What could be a cause for this? Also, earlier, I noticed my BMs were mushy and there was a lot of bright red blood in it. Now, after about 2 hrs, my BM appears normal, and there isn t any blood present that I can see except on the tissue at this moment.

Hello I would be happy to help.

The most important thing to rule out is a pregnancy in the left tube. Ectopic pregnancies present as abnormal bleeding and one-sided pain. Also, left sided pain and blood in your stool could indicate inflammatory bowel disease, such as Ulcerative Colitis or Crohn's disease. You need to check a pregnancy test and get in to see a doctor as soon as possible.

I hope that this helps and good luck!
