What Causes Vaginal Bleeding And Lower Back Pain During Pregnancy?

Hello I m 48 years old and I just found out I m pregnant but before I knew that I was bleeding I didn t know I was pregnant I still bleeding notb alot but my lower back was hurting yesterday I took a home pregnacies test this morning but it show i wasn t pregnant now when they told me I was pregnant they said I was a week 1/2 , pregnant can you tell me what going on with nmy body

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
Vaginal bleeding, lower back pain during pregnancy & then a negative pregnancy test should mean that a miscarriage has taken place. Miscarriage is very common during first trimester of pregnancy & about 25% pregnancy end in this way.
Most probably, You were pregnant previously as per your previous pregnancy test & now a negative pregnancy test along with vaginal bleeding and lower back pain or cramps means miscarriage is complete. Nothing could be done now. As you were less than 2 weeks pregnant according to your previous test, there is small chance that you were not pregnant & positive pregnancy test was false. And now you had your Menstrual period.

You could take an anti-inflammatory medicine like ibuprofen/paracetamol for lower back pain.
