Hi,

Vaginal bleeding is generally related to the gynecological issues and not to strain. You will need to first have a pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy. If the test is negative and the bleeding does not repeat you can just watch how it will be in the next 2-3 weeks.

If you notice irregular bleeding in these 2-3 weeks then you will need to see a doctor and have a gynecological examination and probably a pap smear and a transvaginal untrasound.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
