Hello,
Itching could mean an infection of the vulva, vagina with or without urinary infection. The brown fluid is likely to be the altered blood seeping out. In the current scenario, you need to have a local examination to locate the source of bleeding. Local causes like erosions of the cervix, infections, polyps etc. have to be excluded. Urinalysis is to be done to exclude urinary infection. Swab tests of the cervix and the vagina have to be done. Your partner also may need to be examined and treated simultaneously. Hope this helps.
