What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Intercourse?

Hi I usually have normal periods which lasts 4-5days. My period started on June 18 and ended June 21. 3 days later on June 24 I noticed I was bleeding very lightly after intercourse with my husband. I have had cyst on my ovaries in the past is this a sign of cyst or could I be pregnant. I am currently not taking any birth control pills. I have taken hot in the past and they have all be negative. I do think know what to think

Hi there,
I have read your query & understood your concern.
The tinge of bleeding after intercourse on 6th day of periods can be just remnant of menstrual flow. It will stop automatically in few hours. please wait for some time, maintain vaginal hygiene till then.
If bleeding continues/ increases after a day.. you better have internal check up by a gynecologist.It can be small erosion at mouth of uterus/ cervical polyp/ infection/ ovarian cyst ..as a cause. It will need specific treatment.
