What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Intercourse?
On cilest pill. Vomited during use because of alcohol consumption around 3 weeks ago so near start of strip. Had unprotected sex since then many times. Last time was three days before my cilest strip finished but few hours after sex I started bleeding which is still continuing now (five days after) and I think it may be my period. Not sure how I started when I still had three pills to go which I did take. Vagina is also very sore and quite itchy if I touch it. No pain whilst urination or excretion.

It could just be a breakthrough bleed, but I would either eay recommend a visit to the doctor for a physical examination as all cases wherein bleeding can be related to sexual contact need to be examined well enough to rule out certain troublesome causes. But I am sure it was just a case of the withdrawal bleed occuring due to sexual intercourse a stimulus.
