Hi,

According to your history there is a possibility of post-coital bleeding due to local injury. Minor injuries on vaginal tissue, leading to post-coital bleeding will usually subside soon. Sometimes if the depth of the tear is more and bleeding is not getting controlled, you may need to consult a gynecologist.

By clinical examination, the presence, the position and the depth of the tear can be identified and depending on the depth treatment can be planned. Rarely suturing may also be required if bleeding is not getting controlled. Using vaginal lubricants can decrease the problem to some extent.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
