Hi there,I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

First of all do not panic.

I will suggest you to get USG done to know if any parts of pregnancy tissues are left behind in the uterus.
If it is there or if your bleeding is continuing then please get check curettage done.
Your doctor has rightly suggested you about it.
This will help to prevent infection and further damage to your reproductive system.
Till then week long course of a broad spectrum antibiotic like Doxycycline 2 times a day is advisable.

I hope this helps you.
Thanks
