What Causes Urinary Tract Infection With Ulcer On The Gums?

Started out like a urinary tract infection, then I got a sore throat and a sore/ulcer on my gum. Was treated with SMZ antibotic did not help, was treated with Cipro that worked, but the dr just called and the second test came back negative again fro unrinary infection
