What Causes Urinary Retention?

Sir can any one tell me i hav bladder issues and pcs dialted. My bladder is nt working fully and avery weak. My urine are nt passing out fully. I am only 23 yrs old female. Please help me. PVR 70cc left alwaz even after voiding urine. Please anyone help

* As far as my clinical experience is concerned, there can be numerous clinical conditions which can be responsible for the same as
- Issues with bladder musculature or tone
- Urethral narrowing
- Calculus problems
- Neurology related to bladder innervation
- others

* In our clinic, I recommend an ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis, uroflowmetry for further diagnosis and management aspects.
