Hi,

You seem to have weakness of urethral sphincter muscle (can follow vaginal deliveries or excessive weight) exercises for pelvic floor with weight lifting (aided by the exclusion of diabetes, thyroid problem/diet control & exercises for 45 minutes a day) should help. Avoid skipping till urine control is achieved... try yoga & brisk walking.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
