What Causes Urinary Frequency With Feelings Of Enuresis?

in 23 year old female and for a long time had problem with my bladder everynight i have to go for a wee but soon as been feel like need to go again til i go bout 20 - 30 times till fall asleep i tried ignoring it but cnt as feel like i will wet myself the strange thing is the feeling doesnt allway feel from my bladder it feels like that from my clittorous if that makes sence im only 23 but this is taking over my life i have a young child that this problem affects to this problem started before i had my child please help
