What Causes Urge To Urinate And Strong Sensation In Vagina?

I m constantly feeling the need to pee and when I do I have this strong sensation in my vagina usually right before I finish peeing and it s really strong like I ve been holding my pee forever & I seem to notice small blood clots in my urine everytime I pee. Also my back hurts a lot and so does my tail bone like at the end of my spinal cord. I dont know what is is in gettin kinda scared and I ve looked online but nothing I think I should just go to my doctor & take some test, please help anyone?

Hello,

The typical symptoms of a bladder infection include: pain or burning when urinating, Frequent need to urinate, urgent need to urinate, blood in the urine, discomfort in the lower abdomen. There is the test for urinary tract infection (UTI) urine dipstick if there is positive leukouria, your doctor will prescribe you the medicine for your UTI. The medication for UTI antibiotic.
