What Causes Upset Stomach And Loss Of Appetite?

Hi, for the last couple of months ive had an upset stomach/feeling sick, loss of appetite and when I do feel well enough to eat I cant eat as much as I used to because I get full really quickly off small amounts and when I have eaten a bit my stomach still feels off. When I went to the doctors they told me me that it was through worrying because I always think I have something bad wrong with me or a serious illness any ideas please??
