What Causes Upper Left Chest Pain?

Hi I am experiencing nagging upper left chest pain which also include upper left shoulder blade. Also I have been having nagging pain down my lower leg for a while now. It is more constant now and even wakes me up during the night. I think it might be stress, but how do I know for sure???

No, if the pain is so bad that it wakes u up, then certainly it isn't stress or psychological. It can be a pulmonary infarct due to stoppage of blood to a part of lungs.
As you also have pain in the leg, the blood clot can reach the lungs and cause this.
See a doctor and get examined thoroughly
