What Causes Upper Abdominal Pain And Blood In Stool?

Yesterday I have having really bad abdominal pain in my upper stomach..... It had me almost doubling over in pain ....today I went to the restroom and had blood in my stool it was enough to turn the toilet water slightly red.,..I am wondering what s wrong

Bleeding in stool that indicate any infection or inflammation in esophagus, stomach or colon.
You have pain in upper abdomine that means some problems in stomach or esophagus.

In gastritis case blood may come in stool and pain at abdominal region.

In peptic ulcer may cause this typre of problems.
Stressful condition most commonly lead yo peptic ulcer.H pylori infection is common.

Stool examination test is helpful in this case.
After stool examination test you can know which type of infection present .

In peptic ulcer case you can take antacids.
Proton pump inhibitor like omeprazol mostly use in peptic ulcer.
Avoid alcohol drinking.
Avoid spicy foods.
