What Causes Upper Abdominal Pain And Acidic Taste In Throat?

Hi, I have quite bad pin in my upper abdomen in the centre and right side of that area. It is almost like a burning and stabbing sensation and is making me feel very nauseas and sick. I also have a bad aciduc taste in the back of my throat and a temperature of 31.7. There has been no diahorria just pain, discomfort, nausea and a loss of appetite. I also have a bit of health anxiety which could be contributing to the issue. Is this a virus or something else?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having hyper acidity or acid reflex giving rise this problem.
This can be due to having some hard stuff or junk food taken before.
Take Omeprazole tablet for 2-3 days.
Take light diet for 1;2 days.
Ok and take care.
