What Causes Upper Abdomen Pain, Belching And Constipation?

Hi I have been having pain on my upper left abdomen that extends to my back. I feel like belching but even if I do there is little relief. I've been producing excess gas than usual and experiencing clay colored stool with a foamy texture. Sometime I feel constipated, so the extra added pressure results in blood from my rectum. I have also suffered from migraines atleast every other day with varying intensities. Most of the pain occurs at night.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Pain in the left upper abdomen that does to the back, clay colored stool with foamy appearance, excessive gas production and so on can be due to colitis, fecoliths and so on.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get the stool tests for three consecutive days.
X-ray of the abdomen can show any intestinal obstruction, fecoliths or so.
Tests of blood and urine.
Clinical evaluation by a a General Surgeon.
All these things cam lead to a proper diagnosis and further tests of CT scan of abdomen and colonoscopy with upper GI endoscopy helps further.
Further management will be as per the diagnosis made.
