Ok so I have had 2 kids and then went and got a iud (the mirena)..if thats how u spell it..lol anyway I am a very clean person and shower almost every day or atleast take a bath, I know I have always had a smell down there but every time i hit my period and ovulation point it smells horrible, and now its even between these times! I dont have unusual symptoms down there except this smell. And its driving me crazy! What can I do to make it go away?
