What Causes Unusual Discharge And Abdominal Pain After Abortion?

i recently had an abortion about a week ago,they gave me some pills to take,to prevent infection&pain...i forgot to take the pills for the past 2 days..i think i might have an infection...because of symptoms im having,unusual discharge and abdominal pain..not too severe though,just happened once while i was at work...idk if its because im standing all day...what do i do? should i be worried?this happened before me & my partner had sex again after the abortion... i am only 18

Following are the causes of your problem: Vaginal/pelvic infection infections, rough sex, exertion, cervicitis/vaginitis, retain product of conception.
For safe side consult the gynecologist and need following investigations: swab test , cell culture, USG, gram stain for infection.
Advice: Avoid exertion, take your antibiotics, maintain pelvic hygiene, tablet meftal spas
