What Causes Twitching Of The Left Eye?

Hi under my left eye, it twitches and when it does it practically closes my eye for a second. Sometimes it is uncomfortable. Also my lips have started quivering and sometimes my hands start shaking out of no where. I don t sleep very good cause I have fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis and recently spinal stenosis. Could this be why I m twitching so much. It s been going on for about a month and a half now
