What Causes Tremors And Muscle Spasms?

Today after working outside (Texas, mid afternoon) I became shaky & started having muscle spasms (twitching in arms, legs & left eye). As soon I got in the house I took my BP which was 90/60 & my pulse was 138. It took almost 20 mins of lying still to get my pulse down to 101. Am I going to implode?

Hello There

After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that dehydration is the commonest cause of low blood pressure but your heart rate was quite high for which you should get a basic cardiac evaluation done which includes an ECG and a echocardiography and consult with reports.

Hopefully this information will guide you properly.

Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
