What Causes Toes Numbness?

I was out dancing last night. I wore small heels. As the night came to an end, my big toes became numb. All day today, both of my big toes have remained numb and now it looks like they are starting to swell a bit. Is this something that needs immediate attention?

this numbness and swelling may be due to nerve compression from high heel shoe.
i shall advise you to take tab neurobion BD
NSAID,
cold compress over great toe.
if still doesnot subside consult a neurologist.
