Hi,
Falling out without warning is indeed problematic. Most of them results in injury to hip, vertebrae, humerus, wrist and ankles.
causes include
1. Drugs and alcohol - sedatives, hypnotics, arrythmia causing drugs
2. Age related - visual problems, gait pattern changes,
3. Medical causes - muscle weakness, cerebellar syndrome, parkinsonism
4. environmental causes - foot mats, slippery surfaces,

If i have more details, I can try to help you more.
However you can try progressive strength balance training with an exercise regimen
You can wear arm protectors, hip protector pad, and supplements with vit D, B complex and oral calcium.
If you have any further query, happy to help you again.
