What Causes Tiredness With A History Of Heart Disease?

my 88 year old father had successful multiple heart stent placement over 6 months ago. He went through 37 weeks of cardiac rehab very well and continued for several weeks on his own at the same fitness center. Then he started tog et very tired walking to and from the center but still did his exercises. He is now very tired during the day. Just recently he was diagnosed with PVC...not lethal but an extra beat after every third beat. Can this contribute to his being tired. I think he may be depressed as well. His pulse is low and blood pressure low. He is on coreg. Any thoughts on the tiredness...how to overcome?

hi
multiple stents and age factor
premature ventricular contractions( pvc ) can be related to inadequate blood blow or coronary insufficiency,or due to failure of any one of the stent placed.
the generalised weakness & hypo-tension are usually due to stent blockage or insufficient flow which causes more hypo-tension with decreased peripheral circulation & vaso-dilated cold status & low pulse pressure.
REGULAR OR IRREGULAR PVC`S ALSO HAMPER THE BLOOD FLOW
he needs good care & counselling,
you can add up with multivitamin & protein powders just as a placebo effect in his diet.
apart from light walking , he doesn`t require any exercises, which can exhaust his condition more.
all the best, for his care
