Congenital heart disease, is something you are born can be genetic, something passed from one parent, or both parents can be unknown carriers of the gene and the defective gene can only be passed on to the child when the ova is fertilized. ..or one or more of your own cells did not do what it was supposed to do. Most hearts can be fixed this day and age.
