What Causes Tiredness Post Menopause?

I am 53 years old and have not had a period since I was 36. I have not been diagnosed as being in menopause and have had none of the common symptoms. I was a three time a week exerciser but for the past 2.5 years I have been strapped to my desk due to company growth and system upgrades and interfaces. I find myself tired all of the time in the past 30-45 days.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

There a number of causes that may cause tiredness. While if for few days we may ignore it, but if it's nor for more then month then it's necessary to look for the cause.

Causes may be stress, depression, low hemoglobin, poor sleep and diet, thyroid problems, and many other chronic diseases. So it's necessary to see a doctor now and be assessed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
