What Causes Tiredness And Fatigue
Hi I am Ray I am tired a lot.I can get up in the morning and a hour later I am so tired I can hardly keep my eyes open and must lay down for a rest,this happens several times a day, I have my adrenal glands checked and all kinds of blood work and nothing shows up.what do you think.

If the adrenal glands are ok, then, I suggest to check:
- thyroid function
- diabetes tests
- electrolytes
- blood pressure
Depending on the test results, specific treatment will be prescribed.
I also advise to drink more water during the day.
