What Causes Tinnitus, Dizzy Spells, Lightheadedness And Tingling Sensation In The Toes?

I have been having weak spells for about 2 weeks. Getting progressively worse. Feel light headed, toes tingling, ears ringing. Feel that I am going to pass out. Daughter checked blood pressure and it is higher than usual 142/82 then 10 minutes later dropped to 110/70. She is a P.A. Student so she has some medical skills and wants me to go to E.R.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Your daughter is right. You need to go to the ER, and except having your BP constantly measured, you shiuld also have a EKG, a blood glucose level, electrolites and liver enzymes.
There are different conditions that may cause your symptoms, and that's why you need an attentive care.
Hope I have answered your question. Wish you good health.
