The symptoms what you are experiencing is clearly due to cervical disc compression.
Your symptoms can be overcome by treatment of herniation of C5 - C6. There are various modalities of treatment which is available. You can choose the one which would suit you.
Kindly consult Orthopaedician in this regard for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
