Here because of consumption of alcohol since many days there are chances of development of alcoholic neuropathy.You have started developing neuropathy , so feeling of tingling and numbness is there.If it is not controlled then condition will increased along with muscle weakness and impaired coordination. Here are few suggestion for you. Eat healthy diet.Take multivitamin supplements. If condition is severe then carbamazepin or gabapentine like drug can be taken.
