Hi welcome to hcm
I understand your query and concern.
Your symptoms are suggestive of abnormal cardiac activity in the heart secondary to valvular abnormality.I advise you to get an ECG,2 D Echo immediately to identify the exact valve and associated abnormality bu consulting your cardiologist. Also monitor your blood pressure and heart rate regularly.Drugs like inotropes, anti hypertensive drugs, antibiotic course, pregabalin, pantop is needed to decrease your symptoms. Also avoid exertion.Meditation, yoga, breathing exercise will help.Avoid stress and anxiety. You may need valvular replacement.Preliminary coronary angiogram to rule out blocks in the heart.Consult your cardiologist for expert management.
